Service Description

My "rapid reset" coaching model is designed to get you to your end goal in only 3 sessions! I use a mixed-method coaching technique and a strength-based approach. I am trauma-informed. My coaching programs are used for 1:1 or group sessions and are adapted to in-person or virtual settings. I integrate faith & biblical principles and offer my books to coaching clients at a discount!
